Practitioners‘ Handbook

What is to be expected, when someone from a foreign country comes to Germany to take up dual vocational training? What kinds of challenges might arise for young apprentices? The Practitioners‘ Handbook on Transnational Mobility in Vocational Education and Training gives answers to these and similar questions. The handbook has been developed for practitioners by practitioners and provides guidance and information to any organisation dealing with transnational mobility, particularly in the context of labour migration. It is intended to function as a reference for any groups or individuals planning labour mobility projects with a local or regional scope. The handbook was developed by the same network of stakeholders that implemented the mobility scheme „MobiPro-EU“. The basis for the presented findings is these stakeholders‘ experiences with approx. 16.000 international apprentices. Feel free to order the print version of the handbook here ZAV.EURES-NCO(at)arbeitsagentur.de
